Mariah Carey weight loss? how long did it take her to actually lose the weight? cause it feels like it has been virtually over night?

Who thinks Mariah Carey looks better with her weight loss? My boyfriend thought she was much sexier when she was more curvy and "soft". What do you guys think?? Better thin or curvy?

What does eating ice cubes do? I heard eating them can raise your metabolism. I also heard thats how Mariah Carey lost weight, by eating ice cubes. Does it do anything special like help with weight loss?
