The Pink Patch? My friend recently showed me this product claiming it was going to be her miracle cure to weight loss. I am truely skeptical about such products and decided to check out the site,not a very good first impression (lets not even go into details about the pics ok?) but maybe they're better chemists than technicians,so onto the ingredients. Ok pretty good,natural and mostly known or thought to be healthy and aid in a diet,but is that really all the ingredients or are they just promoting the best ones? (for the record I take baths in half that stuff and it doesn't have any effect so keeping it on my skin longer is going to change that?) Ok so what do we have here? An appetite suppressant,a stimulant and judging by the reccommended age range + saftey warnings it's likely to cause some hormonal imbalance (would natural ingredients do that?) Needless to say this isn't helping my skepticism especially as there's no official testing of this product. Personally I feel this product isn't all it's cracked up to be,and most of the effects are purely psychological,if you've convinced yourself that you're going to lose weight because of this patch then very likely you are going to,but I think it's more in your head than what's going on in your skin and body. Anyway if you've actually tried this product for any reasonable length of time can you please report on it's effects,did it do all that it claimed as quickly as it claimed? Any bad side effects?

Weight loss plateau? I work out regularly, eat healthy, generally maintain a healthy lifestyle. However my weight loss has plateaued and I cant seem to do anything to get rid of 20lbs no matter how much I change up my work out routine or food. Is there a "trick" to get results from the pink patch? Howdy. So I bought into the gimmicks and got the free sample of the Pink Patch. I used the 6-day trial and noticed no difference in cravings or energy level. (I did have a little bit of trouble going to sleep which is very unusual.) No weight loss, in spite of pushing it extra hard at the gym, and watching what went into my mouth. So I thought maybe I didn't use it long enough, so I let them send me the 30-day package. It's 6 days into that (so that's 12 days total with a 3-day break). I've not budged a single ounce. My diet is consistently healthy (tons of vegetables, rice, some fruit, low fat dairy, sufficient protein, lots of water), and I work out about 45 minutes daily doing appropriately paced cardio. So, all the elements are there. It seems like the patch may just be another piece quackery but before I throw in the towel, just want to throw it out there for input. I never use things (pills, supplements, etc.) like this, so willing to give it benefit of the doubt!

Nutritional supplements that assist with weight loss? I am 5'2" and currently 172 pounds with a decently muscular build (under all the excess weight, that is...). My goal weight to get within the normal BMI range where I would be healthy is 136 pounds. I am not looking for any "quick fixes," so please don't bother recommending the pink patch, things like that. I have a diet and exercise plan worked out. What I am looking for is any suggestions - backed by research and/or experience - for vitamin or nutritional supplements that might assist me in the endeavor. I know I'm going to have to work at it, and I've heard of supplements that will increase your metabolism and things like that as long as you're already changing your diet and exercise behaviors. Do any of these work? Are there any safe and all-natural appetite suppressants that could help with my cravings (I have a terrible sweet tooth)? Have you ever tried....? "The Pink Patch" which I think is from the company Curb Your Cravings. Its a weight loss patch that I have read into and seems much better then most garbage diet pills and programs. I have the hardest time losing weight, even with lots of excersizing and proper diet so I was looking for something to HELP... not do it for me. Thanks!!
