lose weight? i am 17 years old. and weigh 143 pounds. it is my wish to weigh only 137 pounds. for the past three days i have been running three miles everyday. however the food i eat is very very very oily. it has lots of fat. i eat at least 4500 calories per day. i have been thinking of going on a fruit diet to lose weight. if anyone has any ideas please tell me. i need to lose six pounds in two weeks.

Lose weight? I'm an 17 yr. old girl who is 5'5" and 140 lbs., medium bone structure. I generally eat healthy (no soda, snacks, etc....) but have recently restarted a daily exercise routine (I stopped after a long vacation in the winter). I'm planning to swim 2x per week, take ballet lessons 2x per week and lift weights 1x per week (1 hr. each). Is it possible for me to lose 15 lbs. by the end of the summer? or is 140 lbs. a healthy weight for me?

LOSE WEIGHT!?!??!??????????? i calculated my basal metabolic rate, BMR its called, with the online calculators and formulas they provided, and the approximate number that i got from all the calculations online is around 1300 +/- That's rather low... and im trying to lose ALOT of weight. Im not overweight, but i would like to be thinner. I was hoping to lose around 5 to 7kg in the shortest time possible. And the fact that i seldom exercise makes the matter worse. I've been able to drop my weight previously, but as soon as i started eating a little bit, i gained back all my weight again. (SERIOUSLY, IT WAS MAD!!! Last year holidays, i dropped 4kg after dieting for like, eternity, mostly by eating a tub of 48kcal yoghurt for breakfast, lemon juice dressing salads and fruits for lunch and a 90kcal alpen light granolar bar for dinner, and after that, i went back to eating normally and by 'normally' i mean eating 3 full meals a day, does not consist of any fried food, sweets, sugary liquids and not much meat, NO milk NO cheese, and reduced my exercise from running 1.2km every alternate day to only cycling once every week, and the devastating fact was that i was gaining 0.5kg everyday.) So all my efforts went down the drain in less than a week. MY GAWD. so now im trying to diet again, and i am trying to increase my metabolic rate. and the fact that my bmr is low is making me feel helpless. i sleep less than 6 hours a day due to studies and stuff, and therefore have no time to do any form of exercise. I have to consume less than 1200 kcals aday in order to lose weight at all. i dunno why. or maybe the weight drops too slowly for me to notice any change. PLEASE HELP! ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED! lose weight? i'm 18 and a half, 5 foot 2 and about 135 pounds. i'd like to get down to 120-125 pounds by the end of the summer (late august so i have about 8/9 weeks?) and lose one size so my jeans wont be so tight anymore haha i love working out but i can't seem to control my hunger. i'll eat a ton of food, and they go mountain biking for an hour and then do pilates...i've tried to cut back on food but then it seems like i don't have enough energy to work out at my usual intensity, and i end up just going overbored and pig out again... i have a full time summer job. and it seems like right now lunch is the hardest time of the day to eat healthy portions because i'm home for a whole hour...would adding slim fast hunger control shakes or something to replace my lunch make me full enough to lose weight? sorry this is so long. any suggestions on hunger control/weight loss tips...thanks:)

lose weight? hey i am almost 15 years old, i am 5'4" and weigh 130 pounds. i want to lose weight as fast as i can, but safely enough so that i lose fat and not water. i used to be anorexic skinny but now i am fat, so i can barely maintain weight when i consume about 1000 calories a day. i do abdominal exercises most nights of the week. i have a two-pack in my abs, but i want them to be able to show more [like 6 pack] and have a model body to try modeling. PLEEZ help.
