Mens Health? Ok this is kinda getting on my nerves.... this is the mens health section and there are a bunch of girls posting on here.....its kind of emmbarassing posting question on here about myself knowing that a girl might be looking at it =( so plz tell me if im wrong. Ok but yeah i know that there are female docters but i saw a girl post on here about her legs.....i mean thats nothing to do with mens health now is it....
Results from the Mens Health Book of Muscle? I recently bought the Mens Health Book of Muscle. It outlines workouts from beginner to advanced which would take years to complete. I was wondering if anyone had followed the workouts and what kind of results they had achieved?
Why do high school girls answer questions in Mens Health? Is it a control thing that starts when a woman hits puberty? Why do they do this? Don't they have enough of there own problems? You don't see guys going into Womens Health and answering why women have yeast infections. I hope HS girls dont have sons with these problems pepper I look for no actual info from the people on here, I just think its for entertainment puroposes only
are the horse (animal) supplements good for mens health and virility? this really sounds stupid but i have started to take some supplements that are given to horses and had developed 400% results in my health and virility....but for the long term ...will it be okay to continue the use of the horse (animal) supplements. if anyone has some links i will appreciate it.
Trying to get the mens health model sort of look? Hi, im pretty determined to look like those models from the covers of mens health, and im serious here! Im usualy good at following stuff and belive me I use to me overweight now im really light and slim all Ive got to do now is gain some muscle and im pretty much there! Not once i failed my diet to lose alot of weight. I even had to put a tad on because I nearly became underweight which was frightning. Im doing weights training regulary, this is a gist of my diet: Breakfast: (7am) whey shake with water porridge oats snack: (10am) protein bar or whey shake with water Lunch:(1pm) cottage cheese and sardines in 2 slices of wholemeal bread snack:(4pm) protein bar or whey shake dinner:(7pm) skinless chicken breast and fresh salad snack before bed(9pm/10pm) whey shake with water I drink water throughout the day Honaslty is this diet good? could there be any thing I can do to make it better? Also what is the best way avoid injury? Im also doing cardio like interval running, jump rope and even playing basketball I also do martial arts (Tae Kwon Do) and the last time I checked I had a body fat of 10.8%
Why does the Mens Health get away with so many violations? It's awful and I stay away from it. It's not fair to the rest of us who just simply stay in the guidelines. I'm sick of violations for nothing. I mean really read some of the stuff on there and we're picked on for chatting? Commmonnn I surf everywhere for the heck of it.

I have put my new picture on my profile, but when I click on my friends profile, my old profiles picture is on theres. Whats happend and how do I make it so my new picture will be on there friends list. Please reply if you know what your talking about thx :))
Do you think they should rename the Mens Health Forum the Penis Page? How many more guys are going to ask the same questions. Always about the size of the penis. They get so hung up about it. I guess most guys don't know what a normal penis size is. All I can say is there must be a lot of guys out there with very low self esteem. I just think it is better to be happy with what you have and get on with it, enjoy life. Don't you agree...
