My girlfriend's mother has long bought Imperial stick margarine...I found this out the other day as I looked at the nutrition facts listed on a box of it at the market with my girlfriend - the stuff has 2.5g of trans fat per tablespoon, which equates to 20g of trans fat per stick! That's outrageous. So my girlfriend goes home the next night and tells her mom about it, and her mom says something like she doesn't believe it's all that bad for you and that she's naive for believing everything I say to her.
