What weight loss supplements would you suggest? I've decided to lose about 50 lbs by the time the summer is over and so far I'm making great progress. I started my diet a little over a month ago and have already lost 14 lbs. I joined the gym. I go at least 4 times a week. Usually every day though unless another plan interrupts my schedule. I am watching what I eat. I have cut my calories significantly and even started keeping a food diary, in which i also keep track of my exercise. I bought a pedometer and count me steps, basically I've improved my way tremendously since the year started. My question now is in regards to those infamous "weight loss pills". I would like to add something to increase my energy, boost my metabolism, and just speed up the process. I am kind of in a hurry because I am planning a vacation and would like to possibly complete this before my initial plan. But how can you trust anything out there, really? Has anyone taken anything that they were satisfied with? Or does anybody have any tips in general? I tried the Slimquick, I even tried TrimSpa, but stopped taking them soon after. Trimspa still sits in my closet i took like 4 of them. Slimquick i used a whole bottle of, bought another one, went through half and then stopped because i wasn't sure if they would interact with medications that i started taking at the time. I can say i was pretty satisfied with the results slimquick gave me. Still I would like to see what other options I have. The cost is also a concern, simply because I'm not rich and can't afford to spend $100/month on weight loss pills. A friend of mine [body builder] swears by Hydroxycut. But not many other people I talked to recommended it, so any suggestions?

I have been power walking a mile using 2 pound weights, and I have incorporated some kicking, and knee lifts while doing the mile, but I have recently gotten an exercise bike and have been doing a few miles on that. How do you know the best form of weight loss for yourself versus others? I am 31 years old. I have two kids and have gained excessive weight after both of them. I had a cessarian with the first and natural with the second. I'm pear shaped so it's mostly in my hips and buttocks. How effective is cocaine for weight loss? Don't automatically assume that I'm referring to myself and come off sounding ignorant and full or prejudice. Over the course of several months, how effective is weight loss if small doses of cocaine are taken every other week combined with exercise? And, what weight does it tend to target first? Most doctors who deal exclusively with pain management will have their patients sign this sort of contract. It pretty much just means that since they are handaling all of the intricate specifics of your unique case that it would not be benificial and would cause much confusion to bring in other doctors without his permission first. If you, the patient wish to see a different doctor than your pain management doctor , you are more than welcome to a second opinion or whatever you are seeking but it is in your primary pain management care providers discretion to see you or to (more than likely ) not to see you as a patient again. Weight loss!? I am 21, male, 175 lbs, endomorph body type, and having been living in the gym for the last 2 weeks! I know weight loss can be a long process (especially for an endomorph), but I want to lose weight before my next drill because of a weigh in, which will be in another 2 weeks. I have been in the gym every day this year, and I run 30-40 minutes with around 160 heart rate, followed by a day where I slowly jog 25-30 minutes, 10 minutes stair steppers, and 15 minutes on a bike. I have alternated that way for the last 14 days. I also lift 3 days a week, 2 rounds of 10-20 reps of upper body exercises. I do these after I jog. I also drink a whey protein shake. I've cut fast food and soda. This diet began Jan 1. I eat about 1700 calories a day, and I have recently started munching on carrots and grapes throughout the day and eating 6 small meals rather than 2 (I used to skip breakfast) I have not seen any weight loss, any suggestions? When can I expect to see a drop off in weight?

I am 50 lbs overweight and 21 years old in college. I know all this stuff about losing weight, yet I cannot apply to myself. Why am I not strong enough to do this? I can barely resist eating. I love food so much. Taco bell, pizza, quesadillas, hot pockets, cola, the list goes on. I am addicted to food, I eat when I'm not hungry because I crave the taste of it. I can't take weight loss pills, due to medications I take for epilepsy, and I can't afford any of those fad diets like LA Weight Loss (though I know from experience that plan really works well) or Weight Watchers. I exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once at night after dinner. Any tips or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

I’m 40-35-40 I feel that it is to much for woman that is short like me I just had my last child and all this pop up. With my other 2 baby my weight was the same 120-125 but the breast was still big I feel like a cow but my husband say it ok(maybe he will not tell me ) but i know that I’m fat. I need help with an effect way to loss weight mainly in the stomach and breast . The hip and thigh just need to be tone (I guess )my dream body would be 36© 26- 36 at 115-120 what can I do help this matter. weight loss?? okay, so I know almost everything there is to know about losing weight effectively. I love to give advice to people on how to lose weight. Am I in good shape? Hellz no! I am 50 lbs overweight and 21 years old in college. I know all this stuff about losing weight, yet I cannot apply to myself. Why am I not strong enough to do this? I can barely resist eating. I love food so much. Taco bell, pizza, quesadillas, hot pockets, cola, the list goes on. I am addicted to food, I eat when I'm not hungry because I crave the taste of it. I have asked for the strength to resist these temptations but to no avail. It seems hopeless that I will ever be average weight. I dont' need weight loss advice per se...I need ways to become strong enough to resist my strongest temptations...any suggestions?
weight loss? Hi, I have a consultation with regards to weight loss and diet. I have been overweight most of my life, but I recently increased my exercise and cut down my intake on food, going cold turkey on sugary snacks. It has been 5 months and I have lost 30lbs. Initially I felt satiated easily, but I noticed that my cravings for carbs/sugary treats are increasing. I didn't indulge though ... is there anyone who goes thru this as well? What are some ways to ease the cravings? Is it better to have a indulgence once in a while to prevent binging? Or is it better to go cold turkey and not have those refined sugars to prevent sugar addiction? Also, my period is always irregular due to my weight, but I've missed my period for 2 months now. Is is something to be concerned about? I understand fast weight loss can lead to hormonal imbalance and thus irregular periods. What are some ways to regulate it again? Thanks, help appreciated! (:
Weight loss?? I'm 19 years old and I'm 5'3" and I currently weigh 158lbs. I've been dieting and exercising for about a month and I've only loss 5 lbs (was 163)! And I haven't loss any inches. I would like to know how I can lose more weight quicker. I would like to get down to my dancing weight of 120 lbs. I haven't consumed no more than 1200 calories on any given day. I usually eat 1 cup of raisin bran with 1 cup of 1% milk for breakfast. For lunch I either eat a 6 inch veggie sub from subway, a bowl of fruit, a salad with low cal light dressing, or low cal soup. For a snack I either have a piece of fruit, a rice cake, or a slice of whole wheat bread. For dinner I usually have either have a lean cuisine, half a chicken breast or half a steak with steamed vegtables, or a low cal soup with a slice of whole wheat bread. I exercise about 5 days a week. I mainly go to class at the local YMCA. I go to spin classes and aerobic classes twice a week. Then I got to a weight lifting classes once a week.

Weight loss? ok well to start off, i am 175 pound 14 year old boy. we just got a treadmill which i am really excited about and i want to lose some weight...so i have been doing a weight loss progam on the treadmill for about a week now and was woundering if this is a good start. its 20 min. of running on the speed of 6.0. I do this twice a day. what else should i do to lose weight besides to eat right? we dont have any excersize equipment other than the treadmill and 2 weights that are 6.6 pounds each. Weight loss!!? I have a question it's kind of embarrassing to ask.... ok like I have gained and loss weight over the past 2 to 3 years and everytime I gained weight my breast will get bigger and when I lose weight it get smaller now that I have gained weight by breast is bigger and my back seems to hurt more so my question is if I lose weight will my breast size get smaller?? ~ thanxs~ Also I wanted to know since I don't go to the gym and don't have excerise equitment can I workout at home like runnying, sit-ups ect... and like eating right drinking plenty of water cuz I do that alot and I just wanted to know would i still lose weight form like doing my own workout?? ~ thanxs so much~
Weight Loss? I've been trying to lose weight for some time now. I only need to lose about 30 pounds. Recently, I noticed that I have been losing weight, even though I haven't really been on much of a diet. I went to the doctor, who told me I have a Tape Worm inside me, and this is causing my weight loss. Here's my delimma: Should I remove the Tape Worm, or rejoice at my new-found diet plan? I mean, hey! I get to eat whatever I want and I'm still losing weight. Maybe I should wait until I get to my desired weight and then have it removed? What do you think? Weight loss? I recently went to a dance convention and was dancing 8 hours a day for 8 days in a row. I worked out really hard while I was there and ate fewer calories (within my 1200-1500 calorie range instead of over it - that's what I've been told to eat for weight loss, not weight maintenance) and ate healthier foods (more fruits and veggies). I was hoping to lose at least 2 pounds. I haven't lost a thing. Presently, I'm at 163.2 - my heaviest (I'm 5'6"). It's so frustrating! It seems like the harder I try to lose, the more weight I gain. And my fiancee has been working out every other day for half an hour and has lost 10 pounds in a month. I work out almost every day for half an hour in the morning and teach dance for 4 hours in the evening 4 days a week and sometimes do an hour or more of DDR in the evenings and I GAIN weight. It's so unfair. I'm so frustrated! Oh, and I'm a vegetarian, so I'm not eating greasy burgers, etc. I'm also not in starvation mode (I'm a former anorexic, I know).

Weight loss? Around July 12th, I weighed about 225 pounds. I went through some personal issues with the loss of a relationship with my girlfriend. Through the stress, I lost my appetite, couldn't eat and started losing weight. I noticed within a month or so, alot of the not eating from the stress was gone but,I didn't have the same appetite that I did before. I weighed again this morning and was 187 pounds. That is a loss of 38 pounds over 9 weeks. I don't have the appetite that I did and obviously don't eat as much. It doesn't seem to matter what I do eat now though, I continue to lose weight. I do feel alot better physically from it. Have you ever went through something like this?
Weight Loss? Since Jan 1st I have been in the gym 5 days a week. I do pushups (20 at a time) throughout the day, and jog at night 30-40 minutes. I am 5'10 and 175 lbs (the exact same weight I was January 1st) and I now eat carrots and grapes with 2 meals, some meat, and eggs in the morning. I also snack on carrots throughout the day. Before I ate fast food 4-5 times a week, and now I haven't eaten any fast food this year. I would expect some more weight loss, even with muscle gain. My legs and arms are more toned, but I still have a belly I want gone. I am an endomorph body type. Does anyone have any advice or a reason why I haven't lost any weight after 5-6 weeks of diet and fitness?

Weight Loss? Hi im 19yrs old, 5'3 and 58kg. Im wanting to lose some weight, about 8kg or so. Quickly if possible, but was hoping for 1-2kg loss per week. Ive started going to the gym 5 times a week where i do cardio on the treadmill or eppilator (whatever its called thing) for 25 mins then do high repititions of low weights for 20 mins. Im trying to eat under 500 calories a day, ive been having a low fat yoghurt for breakfast, a garden salad for lunch , an apple as a snack, and tuna salad for dinner. Diet soft drink, green tea and 8 glasses of water in between. Ive been doing this for 4 days and i havent lost ANY weight even though my diet has had at least 1500 calories cut out of it, and im working out every day!!! Any help/comments would be great :D THANK YOU!!
