do you think high protein diet can help me lose 20 pounds in 3 months? are there dangers doing this diet?

  1. 3 months is more than enough time to lose 20 pounds by portion control and healthy eating and exercise. A high protein diet will take the weight off very fast, but you'll gain it back and then some when you go back to your normal eating.

  3. Protein is very good for your diet...Yes i think as long as you watch what you put in your mouth, eat lots of protein,,,WATER is also key!! Here are some high protein foods that are good on a diet to lose! Chili from wendys is full of protein, also cottage cheese!! I put salsa in it ! Chicken breasts are great! Tuna salad, yum,,,,Or you can get some protein powder and make shakes,,,I use Sugar free carnation instant breakfast with 1% milk and a scoop of unflavored protein powder, and a teaspoon of peanutbutter, and blend well,,YUMMM....Good luck to you!
