does anyone know the Zone Diet? any results? do you know any health dangers which can occur with this diet??

  1. No but all such diets contain chemicals which r not good for the human body. Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water. Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day. Have patience and do not be in a hurry. U will achieve ur desirable weight in a reasonable time and that too effortlessly.
  2. The Zone diet is a diet popularized in books by biochemist Barry Sears. It advocates balancing protein and carbohydrate in 3:4 ratios. It is not primarily a weight-loss "diet", though it can be used for that purpose. [1] Some nutritional experts, including some of Sears' former colleagues, are critical of his conclusions from the scientific evidence, contending that he has distorted or exaggerated the meaning of much of the basic research.
