Has anyone Tried The Lemonade Diet??

i want to try this diet, ive heard its a very good detox and you lose alot of weight. if any1 has tried it what was the outcome like? good or bad? what was your experience? how exactly do you do it? thanks yvonne xXx

The lemonade diet recipe actually consist of lemonade and herbal laxative tea. You should drink lemonade instead of water throughout the day. Regard the lemonade as water replacement, so drink the usual 8 - 10 glasses a day. The herbal tea must be drunk in the morning and before you go to bed.
