- do cardio in the morning before you eat anything, this way your body will burn up the fat from your storage rather that from what you just ate. this means you will be burning your fat and getting slimmer. Combine this with healthy eating and in about 12 weeks you should see really good results.
- ok here are a few tips.... diet: *drink at leat 8 glasses of water a day *no soda, start by cutting it down until you have totally gotten it out of ur diet *eat lean meats, like turkey, and chicken *dont eat alot of red meat, maybe twice a week eat lean red meat *eat fruits and vegies *cut back on portions, eat less at each meal *have a healthy snack in teh afternoon, like a granola bar, or granola, or vegies or fruit *whole grains, eat um, they help balance your system *cut out things like candy and coffee *if you have to have something get a healthy alternative, like lowfat, low sodium, no fat *if u want chocolate eat dark chocolate it have antioxidants that help ur ammune system Fitness: *start out with easier stuff, then slowly progress, start out working out 2 times a week for 30-45 minutes, then progress to three time until u are working out about every other day and then progress to an 45-60 minutes each time other: *stay away from eth scale for teh first 3-4 weeks, weight loss might not be automatic and u ight get discouraged *learn to tell yourself NO, say no to bad foods, ur friend says hey you want my cookie you say NO ****Simply Gym Ball Weight Loss Workout with Lucy Knight is great, there is a kit that has the gym ball, excersize book with great healthy eating plan(might wanna look into that), and a beginner DVD*********** good luck! o and there are fun ways that are kinda unconventional that you can do to excersize. Dance Dance Revolution is awesome, it has workout mode and it tells u how many caloreis you burn. Also eth nintenbo Wii is good, for me at least, but unless you really want it i wouldnt spend $250 for it It's not like it really helps uyou lose suggnificate weight but its fun and your active! oo and a really good book is You:On a Diet by Dr. Oz, the dude thats always on Oprah! this was my answer for another persons question that was alot like yours. i think these are some really great points.
- hi there~ first of all how old are you? There are too many people out there that are sooo skinny that they make people "feel fat". How much over weight are you? From experience, dieting does not work. If you want to try something, I would just cut down a little on Carbs, such as bread, potato's,and startches. Next I would just try eating healthier...alot of boneless, skinless chicken is really good and good for you. It can be cooked in alot of different ways, try to stay away from high sodium spices, and either bake it or I prefer grilling it. If you have a Foreman grill or something like it, its really easy and drains any excess fat, which there isn't much anyways in chicken. If you want bone-in chicken breast, bake it at 350, put fresh garlic cloves and lemon wedges underneath the bones of the breast. Remove the skin after baking because thats where the fat is. Pork is also a very low fat and tasty meat. Try to use salads, vegetables and fruit as your inbetween snacks. Don't think you have to cut all the foods you love out of your diet, if you crave chocolate, have a little...don't kill yourself doing tis because it will ruin every thing your working toward. There are also low carb breads, so stick with baked sandwich meats..preferrably chicken, turkey, and low fat mayo..it may take some getting used to, but its well worth it. Use mustard as much as possible because its absolutely fat free. Pickles are too. There are also low fat cheeses that are actually pretty tasty..I prefer Alpine lace cheeses compared to any regular cheese, the swiss is the best!!! Tuna is very good for you, again..low fat mayo, and you can add onion, celery, cucumber...they are all fat free. Try to find a fat free or low fat cook book..it gives you tons of options. You'll be surprised how many foods are out there that are fat free!!! Excercise of any type is crucial...even just walking..crunches..keep your blood pumping and your body moving and you cant lose. Good luck..I hope I helped. I followed these simple steps and went from 185 lbs to 140..I'm 5'8". It takes work but you can do it, and its not hard. Just stay away from those inbetween snacks..well the unhealthy ones...eat if your hungry, just eat the right things. Never go hungry because you will end up saying screw it..the pounds come off slow at first but you metabollism will change and you'll see the pounds drop quicker and quicker as time goes on!! :)

- This may sound a bit silly to you at first but this actually works: if you tie some string just around the bottom of your stomache towards your waist in a morning before you have eaten anything and your stomache is settled,(and not too tight, just so its firm and just hangs off your stomache!) eat your daily food that you would usually eat, and if the string gets too tight then you know that you have eaten more than you should eat as a daily requirement. Then you can start ruling things out that you shouldnt be eating. Also make sure that you drink plenty of water and just eat moderately including everything like fruit, veg, meat ect.
