Diet Pills?

Does anyone know what the danger of diet pills are? Has anyone had any expierence good or bad with diet pills if so tell me what happened and what brand you used. Would you suggest using any of them. I was thinking of trying NV diet pills for a up and coming vacation

1. I took Xenadrine for a month and I couldn't sleep at all, I was walking around the block at midnight. I lost 7 pounds in one month and kept eating, but I gained it back within 2 months later. The real way to lose weight is difficult, but it is worth it!
2. Try Merida. It works well with few side effects. You will need an RX from your doctor though. I have used it off and on.
