Health department exam?

I have an appointment at the health department on Friday. I'm just wondering what I should expect. Like what all will they do? I already know I'm pregnant, so I'm not going for the test. But to get an exam. No rude comments please. Thanks and can they do ultrasounds?

1. have they given you the proof pregnancy test because thats what they do the 1st time you go. proff of pregnancy test weigh you all theese paperworks. then 2nd time juss weight you, mesure your stomack listen to heartbeat, just normal stuff like that. they do same thing any other doctors do.
2. They will test your urine sample and take multiple blood samples for a battery of tests. If you haven't had a pap smear in the past 1 year, they will do that as well, check your blood pressure, weight, temp. etc. and most probably schedule your first ultrasound. Take this opportunity to ask your doctor all your pregnancy related queries including diet, exercise, life style etc. I made a list, because I tend to forget:-). Congratulations on your pregnancy.
