Health department?

my eye has been red for a long time and i think i should see a doctor but i dont have one could i go to the health department about it?

1. try the emergency room, or wait til tomorrow and go to eye doctor, i don't think the health department has anything to do with eyes
2. no you need an eye doctor , go to er and he will give good opinion about how serious is ur case
