  1. when it makes you sick then sue
  2. talk to your local offical (city council)
  3. get the kids out of the house, get some insurance and burn it down, collect the insurance and buy a house of your own sounds harsh, but if they wont help, help your self
  4. You need to move. mold can do serious damage to your health.
  5. Take care of the mold as soon as you can, if left alone mold can give you breathing problems.
  6. The mold will make the babies stronger.
  7. Mold treatment is very difficult. Sometimes it requires extensive removal process. The only thing you could is to write a letter saying painting over is not going to cure the problem and say you want to terminate the lease. Then you can move to where there is no mold.
  8. call a mold inspector to the house if they find any mold they will make it impossible for the owner to insure the house without the repairs being done not to mention if it does turn out to be a mold that can harm you or your family you may then hold the landlord/owner civilly liable for any health problems you may incour ;) find a freindly doctor and sue him for everything he ever had, has, and would ever receive
  9. that mould will re-appear and fairly quickly too.that mould will make you sick. I caught bronchitis from that mould in my camper and sprayed Lysol on it repeatedly and it went away. It should treated with something to kill it and be painted with a "heavySolids Paint , such as "Kilz". dont be lazy with this subject
