Can I go to the health department?

Can I go to the County Health Department and pay out of pocket for services and not file it on my insurance. I have to have some additional tests run due to an abnormal pap test and I do not want to file it on my parent's insurance. Can I use the health departments services or are their eligibility requirements and exclusions?

1. If your under age then you would need a parents constent but Health Depts dont require eligibility to use their services.
2. I would think so and just explain to them that you are going to pay cash for the services and dont want to put it on your parents insurance . good luck and I hope you are okay.
