Why not Government of India-health department implement for HIV test for every men women before marriage?
Nowadays almost 90% of school and college girls fallen in Love with somebody during teenage. They committed for having romance in bed many times. Afterwards they broke-up their relationship and get another one vice versa. Due this kind of relationship they getting HIV and spreading others also. These people should be identified by health department and quaratinned in individual cell until die. Government of India should take care the expenses for those people.

- HIV is not a major problem in India.People want to make money out of it.There are other bigger health problems for which we should pay attention. I do not agree with your comments. Only 10% school and college girls fall in love out of which at the most 1% is having romance in bed. Arranging grooms for college girls is a problem. If your contention is correct then there would have been no advt. in matrimonial column in all leading newspaper.
- To effectively prevent spread of AIDS some such Governmental legislation and Governmental action is necessary and this will go a long way in minimising spread of AIDS. Let Government of India, Parliamentarians and legislators think on these lines to save our people.
- True that risk of HIV is ever growing in our country.& no doubt, pre-marriage HIV testing is a wonderful idea & it should be made mandatory for all.In fact parents should come forward & ask for it before marriages of their children from respective grooms & brides.no body should feel ashamed about it.as far as isolation of tested positive persons is concerned.will remain a matter of debate.indeed govt should come out with some kind of policy regarding this.till date as far as i know even if a person tests positive, the lab where the test is done,is not allowed to disclose the result to any body else than to the person concerned.if a doctor has advised for the test,he may know the result but he also is not authorized to disclose it to any body else.but i totally agree with u that if we wish to limit the spread of this deadly illness,we will have to come forward & take few bold steps
- Marriages are not known to Govt. Govt. has no records of marriage. It is NOT POSSIBLE for Govt. to keep records of marriage. Marriages are not known to parents. Many parents are unaware of marriage ofl their children. Govt. can guide a lot. Govt. should not force anything like helmet, seat belt etc.
- You have given one more idea to the government to harass people.
