weight loss?

im 12 years old and i weight around 132 1/2 pounds and i dont care if thats good for my age or not i just want to loss weight o i can be a cheerleader. ive looked every where and i cant find anything that can help me. does anyone have something that can help me with my problem. please like a website or something im desprite, i know what your thinking "why doesnt she get exersicing tapes?" well unfortunitly i cant cause im only 12 but im need hel[p so someone please help me im desprite.
