How can I fit into jeans by Friday?

Firstly to anyone who wants to warn me about the dangers of fad diets - thanks for concern but i do know all the dangers and i wouldn't use one long term so please don't warn me! i will listen to my body and stop if i need to. so my question is that i want to lose a few pounds by friday. i know i can't lose that in fat by friday but i can lose water and bloating and maybe tone up just about enough to squeeze into jeans. what i need to know is if any of you have managed this? And how? what food or drinks did you eat to aid de-bloating and losing superficial weight (i just made that term up hope it makes sense!). any tips much appreciated. i'm willing to do anything that will combine to have some sort of effect however small. just to boost confidence for a stupid party thanks hard_n_te i didn't need to think about it 3 months ago because i am not fat i just need to lose about half a stone and i know for a fact it is possible to make at least a small difference in a couple days however temporary. by admitting it's temporary and that i can't lose weight properly in two days, surely that is me accepting my size

Everytime your hungry just eat salad and thirsty, just drink water, and go for a long walk in the morning when its cold and have a cold bath, when your cold your body burns off more cal's trying to warm you up. The salad and water will DEFINATLY help you with being bloated. DONT CARRY THIS ON after friday because you WILL become anorexic and VERY ill. GOOD LUCK!! xBx
  2. You should have thought of that 3 months ago. Sorry , there is nothing you can do now but accept your size. So,did you make it to fit in those jeans?? Tell us how!
  3. by eating less yougurt.excersising every day.by eating 3 times a day no snacks allowed or two days.not allowed to dring canned and botteld juice no eating eggs allowed.no outside foodallowed.eat some pilss but it is bad for ur health.

  5. tell you what, I don't do any diet and eat whatever I want but still stay slim, the secret is drink very hot water. lose weight doesn't mean you lose water. if you do lose water, your body will getting old really quickly. hot water will clean your gut fat. imagin when you wash your grassy dishes, actually doesn't need washing liquid to get rid of fat. only hot water can do the job. and it work for your body as well. give it a try and you will look fab by friday. good luck.
  6. Cutting out dairy products, wheat products and all sugary foods will help cure bloating also using laxatives is a sure way to lose your water weight.
  7. Dont eat just drink liquid only with no carbohydrate and exersise hard u might lose 3 pounds by friday
  8. Heres a little trick from the sixtys (hippie days) As long as you aren't trying to squeeze into size 7 jeans and you are a size 11. Put the jeans on. Lay down (better on a hard surface like the floor) and suck your stomach in and zip them. The jeans will stretch some so that they will not be as hard to zip again. But if they are too too tight pray you don't need to go to the ladies room while you are out.
