I need to loose alot of weight in a short period of time: Any crash-course suggestions?

Ok, I'm 5'7'' and I weigh almost 140 pounds. I'd like to weigh a little of a hundred pounds, if that's possible. Yes, you read the title correctly. I've tried those 'suggested' and 'healthy' diets and i got NO results. In fact, I looked even worse after I went to them. So yes, I do want crash course diet suggestions. I've been on crash course diets before. I stopped eating and when i did eat it was nothing but caffines and small salads or a half of a sandwhich. I went from 160 to 130. AWESOME! That was in a month. But then I did the typical yo-yo thing and suddenly when I started eating again, I binge ate and my weight shot back up. I want some extreme dieting suggestions that maybe don't result in binge eating or the yo-yo effect. I KNOW THE DANGERS OF CRASH DIETS!!! I understand that they can lead to malnutrition and death. Quite honestly, whatever. I don't mind! If things get bad, I'll stop the diet. Do not come here telling me how stupid I am. Idgaf!

  1. The best way to "loose" weight is to take off your pants then all your weight will be loosened.
  2. you want to lose weight quick? go vegan. i was a vegan for 6 months. i started at 230. after the first month i was 200,then eventually got down to 185. i lost alot of fat but also alot of muscle.
  3. Yes, crash diets can be risky. You can harm yourself in a very bad way. People in here mean well, but don't take medical advice in here. Ask your doctor about the best diet for you.
  4. Please dont do it. The average a person can lose weight in a month is just 2-4 kgs thats about 8-10 pounds. You are aware of the dangers of a crash diet. But do you realize that its not your suffering, but you will inflict suffering on your near and dear ones. It is your choice. No one can do anything about it. DO A TOTAL FAST FOR 1 WEEK. DO NOT EAT ANYTHING - JUST DRINK PLAIN WATER. CHECK YOUR WEIGHT AND YOUR HEALTH. IF YOU FEEL BETTER CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER WEEK. THERES NOTHING MORE YOU CAN DO.
