Is there something else I can use to replace maple syrup in the lemon detox diet?

The Lemon Detox Diet requires grade B maple syrup. Unfortunately its virtually impossible to get it where I'm from. Are there any other ingredients I can use to substitute it?

1. I really don't know what to tell you but it sounds like some kind of fad diet, so why don't you try fad diet dot com because they have all kinds of weird diets and tips that may help you. I don't know if it'll work, but good luck.
