  5. i dont have a clue what you are talking about but all of these detox diets or detox weeks or whatever other crap they are telling you is a load of rubbish. There have been numerous INDEPENDENT tests that have proved that any kind of detox doesnt work and the reason for it is that is that the body is the perfect detoxifier. It can get toxins out of the body within a few hours so if you want to do this detox thing, doing it for a day will do you as much good as doing it for a week because thats all the time it will take for your body to detox itself. You're better off just watching what you eat for a month or so to lose weight than going on a gimmick detox
