The Lemon Detox Diet! does anyone know what to Ingredients to use??

The detox you're referring to is also called the "Master Cleanse" The recipe is as follows: 2 Tbsp Lemon (approx ½ of a Lemon) - 2 Tbsp Genuine Organic Maple Syrup (not Maple flavored sugar syrup you'd put on pancakes) - 1/10 Tsp Cayenne pepper (red pepper) - Ten oz. glass of hot water (cold can be used if preferred) This is what you drink all day long and you do not drink or eat anything else. They also recommend taking an herbal laxative (such as Smooth Move [available at GNC]) in the morning. You can do this detox up to 30 days. I used this detox for 5 days one time after eating really bad food one week this past summer. I felt great afterwards! I do not recommend using this to lose weight. While you will lose 5-10 pounds, you can expect it to return upon eating normally. Do not start eating normally right away, however. You should gradually introduce yourself back to food by first starting with soup, then two days later pieces of fruit, and then two days later you can eat lightly, and eventually return to your normal (and hopefully healthy) eating habits. Good luck! The stuff doesn’t taste very good, but after 5 days you will feel fantastic!
