wt should a 15 year old be eating /drinking to stay healthy ?? also i no this is a totally different question like but.... how can a 15 year old make herself more attractive to lads please? like wearing more make up or wt style of clothes ...etc

- It is good you are concerned about your health. A good diet and exercise can make you more attractive to guys. Eat a healthy diet with red meat, fish, chicken, plenty of fruit and vegetables, dairy (milk products), breads and cereals. Eat junk food in moderation - eat only a small amount of chocolate, lollies, chips, pizza and other high sugar or high fat foods. But yes you can still enjoy them. Try to do get regular exercise - whatever you enjoy such as running, bike riding, walking, swimming, tennis (whatever you like). Have a beauty routine - look after your skin and hair. Wear a sunscreen to keep your skin young and moisturised. Take care of your hair. Wear clothes that look nice on you. Make a bit of an effort to look nice - just comb your hair and wear it in a nice style and wear an outfit that looks good on you. You could wear a bit of make up if you like it but don't wear a lot as it looks bad. Just a little bit of lip gloss and maybe a tiny bit of mascara if it suits you is enough. If you look after yourself on the inside and out you will look gorgeous. Although I'm sure you are anyway.
