What is the fastest way to lose pregnancy weight, besides breastfeeding?
I know for the first 6 weeks after giving birth you are not suppose to work out, you are suppose to take it easy. Is there ANYTHING I can do to lose weight? I was heavy beforehand, and I AM breastfeeding, and I know you lose weight that way, but can anyone else give me some suggestions to lose more weight. How do celebrities do it. I know plastic surgery, but is there any other way?

- Weight Watchers has a speical program for breastfeeding women. My doctor told me to walk everyday for 1/2 hour.

- Weight watchers is great for while nursing. Also, some physical activity too (I joined kickboxing). Good luck!
