How do I lose weight without losing my size?
I need to lose weight, 6'2" 270 lbs. But I am scared that if I lose weight people will attack me because if I were skinny I would be an easy target. What should I do? Wear a fat suit? Not a bad idea.

- if you weigh 270 i think you can safely lose 50+ lbs. and you still won't be called skinny. lift weights, you'll lose fat and gain muscle.
- You are 6'2", no one will attack you if you are at a healthy weight. Do cardio, weight lifting, eat healthy, get lots of sleep, lots of water, and you will be well on your way to being thin and trim.
- Aerobics, would be a good choice. Also eating smaller meals more frequently, is supposed to speed up your metabolism - but you've got to do some cardio exercise along with your diet. Weight training is also good, but muscle is heavier than fat..so you will actually gain.
- move to a safer neighborhood after the diet
