How are supposed to lose weight really fast with exercising?

I want to lose weight and I have lost 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks just by exercising but I want better results, how?

  4. not every body weight needs 2000 calories for a woman 2500 for man, find what calories you should eat in order to burn off more through exercise and keep smiling doing well x
