detox diet????

i am interessted in going on a detox diet..if i do how much water should i drink? how much exercise should i do? and what should i eat?? i need help..plz answer..

  2. 8-10 8oz glasses of water very high fiber and lots of veggies NO meat unless it is fish
  3. Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day, just dont drown yourself in it. Tea (unsweetened) is good too, nice atioxidants :] Excercise as much as you want, whatever is comfortable for you and whatever you enjoy. Eat whole, unprocessed foods such as raw fruits and veggies, and whole grains. Dont "drink" your calories...you'll get much more bang for your buck if you eat them. Just a couple tips ;]
