My friend is doing this 3 day detox plan where on the first day you eat only protein. Every two hours from the time you wake up, you mix in a certain amount of protein into water. And the hour inbetween you drink a large amount of water. Your only solid meal for the first day is a 3-6 cup veggie salad with grilled chicken, fish or turkey. The second and third day you eat fruit every two hours from the time you wake up with water for the hour inbetween fruit servings with the same salad on both the 2nd and 3rd nights This three day diet claims you loose up to 10 pounds and when my friend did it the first time she lost 6 which isnt bad at al! But what is the likelyhood that this weight stays off? It seems like too short of time to loose that much weight and keep it off!
