"what detox diet is the most effective short term way to lose alot of weight?
Such as the master Cleanse/lemonade diet, are there any others?

- Lots and lots of raw fruit (fresh if possible)....every other hour, eat an apple/orange/grapes, etc.The more citrus you can eat, the better. Every other hour drink a glass of water..a full 8-10 ounces. For no more than 3 days. (You will need other foods, too) After that eat only fruits and water every day until noon, then eat vegetables until 5-6 p.m. Then a meal is OK. That's what I do. OH, some people use a juicer and just drink their way through the 3 days. I've not had one, so I don't know.
- To lose tons of weight fast. The master cleanse if the best. But if you like to eat. Than the fat loss 4 idiots is the best diet. And you lose 9lbs every 11 days. But is not a detox. - There is also other detox diet such as pH miracle by Robert O. Young. This diet involves you to be balanced in every way. Master Cleanse diet requires you to stay abstinence from foods, which may consider to be quite tough if you are working. If you think your body can't handle the water fasting, you can try the fruit fasting instead. All of these are great weight loss programs as it requires you to detox your body.
