Detox diet?

I don't mean like pills or lemonade and syrup. I mean like fruit and vegetable detox diets. If you have and that are free and you can just tell me, please do.

1. I'm not sure what you mean by a "detox" diet but from time to time I go on a meat fast. I will eat no red meat for a month in order to "clear out" my pipes. It takes up to 30 days for the un-digestable bits of red meat to pass through your intestinal trackt. A clean Colan is a happy Colan. Hope this helps :}
