Detox Diet?

My daughters 2nd b-day came at the same time as my . I bought way to big of a cake & ate almost the whole thing. I know I am a fat pig. I'm 30#s over weight to start with & have been trying to diet. I've been an emotional eater ever since I quit smoking over a year ago, I am so disguested w/myself. What should I do??

  1. Weight Watchers worked for me, and might for you as well. Also Colonix is a good thing to cleanse with for 3 months.
  2. first of all you are on the path to distruction it sounds! the more digusted with yourself the more discouraged you get. start by still eating what you enjoy but in smaller portions. And that start to move move move! any little bit helps. also drink water a lot
  3. You're not the only emotional eater or the only woman 30 lbs overweight and who binges sometimes. It's good to acknowledge bad behavior but not to the point of being disgusted with yourself. That might set you up for defeat, thinking you're fighting a lost cause. Try and find things that motivate you to lose weight, clothes, running into old friends, energy. Set a date for yourself and start dieting an exercising. Do it slow and sensibly so you don't feel deprived. That's important for emotional eaters.
  4. try kung-fu and tai-chi itll help with the depression and disgustfulness with yourself plus it gives u something to do
