Detox Diet- Cabbage Soup?
I want to detox my body for the new year before my second year at Uni starts. I only want to do it for a week and have been pointed in the direction of the Cabbage soup diet? Is this a detox or a weight loss? I don't need to lose weight as I eat ok normally and go to the gym- I just want to have more energy etc. I was planning on using this diet as a 'clean-up' and then continue far more healthily from then on. Problem is I am also a vegetarian- what do I substitute for protein? What do you think?
