Detox Diet... Must loose Weight!?

I've recently heard of Martha's Vineyard Detox Diet. It's safe but expensive. Does anyone know somewhere i can purchase the shakes and mixes without paying the hefty $200 pricetag? Plus if anyone is currently on this diet, i would really appreciate your insight. Thanks and Best Wishes!

1. Your better off doing the master cleanse or cabbage soup diet for a few to couple days.... much cheaper and will work the same.
2. ♥well you dont have to do that plan u could always buy salads and healthier foods with whole in front of them then always excercice about 3 times a week go to a local gym or jog or ride ur bike.....i like to go to cosmogirl.com and try there workouts they are fun and free!!♥
