weight loss?
i am married aged 28 after my issue before 3 years i put on my weight I try my best but fail to loss weight my I,ve also a slight thyroid problem if I take medicine. it starts aftereffecting me how can i loss my weight

- exercise n change ur menu, if all tis doesn't work c a nutritionist. they'll help u 2 plan ur meals tat's nutritious, healthy n plus 2 lose weight!

Cut out all junk food. No Fast food no white bread, keep clear of pasta drink loads of water cardio exercise 3 to 4 times a week if you can try eat breakfast as soon as you can after you wake up try do exercise in mornig after you wake up, just drink a glass of water and ull start burning from ur fat reserve keep motivated (print out a photo that will spur you on, whatever it may be) and try keep a little journal and write down ur exercise you did each day and try right down what you eat... U CAN DO IT!!!!! GET IT ON!!!

I found that to be very helpful also if you click around there is an activity plan you can follow. But if you cant find it here is a link to another website that has an activity plan for strength training and they recommend for cardio to do a 30 minute walk which is totally do-able no matter how busy you are. If you tend to snack i found a snack that seems to satisfy me almost every time and you can eat as much as you like...its romaine lettuce and hummus. Just dip the lettuce in the hummus and eat to you feel satisfied. I also heard that caffeine is good for suppressing the appetite, so if you don't drink coffee maybe get some pills that have some caffeine in them, i know they have green tea pills and i am sure they will work without making you feel jittery.
