  1. I'm at weight watchers and it REALLY works they have easy to follow books, recipes and meetings to discuss ideas. I never ever go hungry and enjoy a varied diet, I can even indulge in pudding now and again. The worst foods though are dairy especially full fat hard cheese, steer clear you should be good. If you do fancie WW, it is £4.95 a week but it is well spent when you consider you really will lose weight sensibly. Good luck
  2. AVOID -Anything fried, floured, sugared, rolled, sweet, salty. watch alchol intake. look at webmd.com or check out other sites like weight watchers etc.
  3. I agree with the other 2. Weight watchers is a really good program. I know a lot of people who have lost a lot of weight on it.. You just have to do everything in moderation. everyonce in a while things are okay but don't have them often. all fried stuff isn't good for you. chocolate, cheese, hot-dogs, corn dogs, regular soda (a lot of wasted calories, switch to diet you'll end up likeing it) icecream, and deserts. ect. but like I said these things are okay everyonce in a while I just wouldn't do them all the time. another thing to watch is portion size. if you go out to eat eat half and take half home for tomorrow (just a tip) hope I helped at all and good luck I know its hard!
  4. try and avoid eating too much carbohydrate - bread, potatoes etc. or if you do, eat at lunch time and avoid eating them after 6pm. lots of fruit and veg is good. eat chicken or fish as full of protein and not much fat. always good to exercise also with any diet - and then you dont have to be so picky about what you eat.
  5. avoid sweets and fried things. u can have maximum of 14 pieces of potatoes.
