weight loss?

Does anybody want someone to talk to about weight loss, like for encouraging or whatever or just someone to talk to with weight related issues whether its just gaining or losing. Im really really overweight ive lost about 30 lbs (since last december)but havent been able to lose anymore weight for the past month in a half and ive been doing everyhting right, i walk everyday for an hour and eat 1400 calories a day but nothings coming off what am i doing wrong Send me a message I would like someone to talk to or if you just wanna talkk

Hey, Yes i have been looking for someone to talk to about weight loss and such, I know that a calorie deficeint of too much might not be healthy but try 1200 calories a day and exercising quite a bit. because you need to cut the calories but at the same time eat healthier.   2. hello there; i lost 40 pounds over three months ago and have been able to keep it off. losing the weight took around six months. i got stuck three times over my journey, and what worked for me was a combination of getting rid of some calories and working out a bit harder. it doesn't need to be much-maybe skip a snack or come up with a lower calorie option. my secret was to substitute fruit for veggies in snacks, and to work out twenty extra minutes. also, this might be the time to change your workout routine. if you are not sweating by the end of the workout, you need to move on to something more challenging. hope this helps.
