How do you get back on track with dieting?

I've been dieting...well not really dieting but just eating healthy, i've been doing really well, no problems for about 5 months and then when the holidays hit I figured I might as well enjoy them and since then I haven't managed to get back to eating healthy. The best I've done is live a few weeks off of lean cuisines-not satisfying at all. So I just wondered if anyone has some helpful tips to getting their mindset to eating healthy again.

  2. The first week of any diet is the hardest but once you stick to it it will get easier. You need to think of the reasons your doing this Diet and then decide either "well i can't really be bothered any more" or "oh my goodness now I remember why I started this 5 months ago I better get back on thrack and fast!" Hope it goes ok!
