Lose weight.?

I'm overweight for my height and i really would like to lose alot of it. I'm currently on the pill; and that isn't what made me gain the weight. I gained wait through, to put it bluntly, laziness, not eating properly, from extremes of eating too much to starving myself. But lately, I have been eating a healthy diet; fruit, veg, drinking water etc, joined up for the gym and planned to do 3 hours a week at the Gym. Would it just be best for me to tone up my body rather than try and lose weight seeing as, being on the pill means i can't lose weight? Thank you for any ideas you may have. The weight has lowered my self-esteem and it's quite depressing sometime for when i'm at college LOADS of girls have beautiful figures. Oh also, just randomly with that, I DO NOT want to lose my boobs though, if that makes sence, i want to keep them at that size, but also afraid if i lose fat then my boobs will shrink... thank you

  1. Yes, it might be a good idea to just tone up if your on the pill, and also if you dont want to lose your boobs, do more stomach excersises and leg ones, like sit ups and stuff. Swimming does absofreakinglute WONDERS for your stomach, legs and arms. So yea, just go to the gym and stuff, and good luck!!! (I know you probably dont want to hear this, but who cares if there are somegirls skinnier than you!? There will always be someone smarter, cooler, prettier, skinner than you ect ((sorry to be the burden of bad news))and ABSOLUTELY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANSES DO NOT STARVE OR HURT YOURSELF!!) kk, again good luck!   2. You should continue eating healthy. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Exercise to tone your body, at the same time you'll lose some weight, mostly inches. Exercising will lift your self-esteem. The plus size woman is "whats happening." Think positive, you'll do just find. Keep up the good work outs.
  3. Hey, you need to try this recording that was recommended by Women's Health magazine. They did an article on it, and I got the recording online from the company Independent Achievement Productions. It's been working for over 2 months now...especially after yesterday. I felt stuffed with just half on my plate. It works by me listening to it 15 minutes a day. I started noticing a real difference in the 4th day of use. AND I'm on the pill too! Boobs might shrink a bit.....but then in proportion to your weight when you lose it all...they will definitely seem attractive and larger. Mine did.
  4. My girlfriend uses those recordings and they work. I think she read the same article as Ellen did. Must be a new trick to lose weight. All I know is that she seems sexier than ever with her muscles more exposed with less fat.
  5. Oh, If you are on pills, I urge you to stop using it.. In long term, it's going to harm your kidney and livers.   6. Try to get more information on dieting, weight loss articles, health and fitness articles, weight loss forum and BMI calculator at my profile and get the advise from them to lose weight fast and healthy. I had tried out their advise, it seems pretty effective. Good luck to u too.
