Lose weight !!!?
i really want to lose weight !!!! i weigh about 50 to 49 or 48 kg i have losten weight but i want to lose weight quicker im drinking 4 lt of water every day but want to lose weight pronto plz help !!!!!! im going to Cancun on Jan the 3 i think so i want to lose even a little weight plz help thanks ( im 11 years old im 12 on Jan the 19 )

- honey.........you are WAY too young to be worrying about your weight...stay the way you are and have fun in Cancun!!!! Plus dieting at your age could have serious consequences when your older both physically and psychologically
- Hey dear if you need to lose ur weight quickly, Just try to skip and have cholesterol free diet that containing lots of green and lot of boiled food with the fibre and protein in it.

- OK, here goes but pay attention. You need to have protein for breakfast i.e. eggs, milk, and never skip it. Then through the rest of the day you can have salads or tuna(3 or 4 meals), don't go hungry, and through the day around eight glasses of water, not more. Exercise one hour in the afternoon.
- Hi dude, I am in the same position, we have 2 weeks off school and theres a fine girl i want to impress, over the last week I skipped lunch at school and kept the money for electronics =p I have also been doing 60-120 sit ups per day, i am a large 60kg, I am 14, the top end of 9 stone I can feel abs coming through, and my stomach going down If you intend to have 3 meals per day here is what i advise Breakfast - Bran flakes / Special k Lunch- Tuna/salad/apple and slice of unbuttered bread/pear and piece of toast Dinner -Wholemeal Pasta (it's brown and healthier) with any type of fish I advise Salmon, steam it and mix with the pasta, do not be tempted to add cheese
