Lose Weight.?
Ok well Im 14 years old. 5'8"and 230 pounds. I really want to lose some weight. My goal is about 30lbs total but I am just looking to lose about 10 between now and next month. I play football and have football everyday from 3-7. I lose some weight during that time but I come home really hungry and put it back on. Does anyone know anything good to eat that will fill me up but not make me put that weight back on. I lift weights daily after I get home from football, but I want to include some other type of exercise that will help me lose weight but not get extremely tired because I would like to do it in the morning when i wake up to get my matabolism going. I dont really want to run in the morning because I run alot at football so any other good exercise that will help would be great. Thanks.

- Ok you are on the right path a daily routine is good begin with weights not oo much less weight more reps eat whole grains, skim milk and steamed veggies stay away from juices made from concentrate that Don't eat after 8 pm and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day Try eating 6 small meals instead of 3 average meals to keep away from hunger
- You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit (You know being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). You may want to consider eating more natural fruits in vegetables in your daily diet and remove or reduce wheat, dairy, and sugar. Eat fresh food not processed food (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you. Look at http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html in the kitchen section on why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods that causes obesity and hypertension. When eating, take your time and chew your food 2 to 3 times longer than you’re accustom to. This will aid in digestion. Add fiber and organic choices to your diet. All the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain. Get exercise, walk or jog, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.
- i think you are doing enough exercises but its your intake that is not making you lose enough i.e. more input than output. so the only thing is to eat less calories food or no calorie food. only than can you see results. its like less 500 calorie a day for 1 week, only then you lose half a kilo... hard work...
- Walk in the morning. Brisk walking is great for burning fats and trimming tummy fats. With the right diet. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for 2 years. Details such as my experience, types of foods and veggies to eat, healthy low fat snacks, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog. Xiaozhen

- To successfully lose weight, you must carry out a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise. Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity. I found useful informations at
- Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can stand and drink plenty of water..
- The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
