- 3 hours before you go to sleep.
- At least 3 hours before you go to bed.
- late as possible the body will continue to keep up metabolism later while you sleep.
- the best time is about 9:00 pm.
- 5 or 6:00 p.m.
- i heard around 7pm
- three hours before you go to bed.
- the best time to quit eating is about 4 or 5 hours before bed. the reason for this is that well... that's a time of day that you really don't require that many calories if you get tired just go to bed early.
- 3 hours before you go to sleep.
- i've always heard around 7:00. good luck!

- the evening (as in sunset). but ALWAYS eat in the morning, it's very essential.
- ...3am --- hopefully you are asleep
- have an early dinner so u have time to burn it off before going to sleep =)
- you should eat small meals 5 times a day just do not eat right before you go to bed.
- most experts say 2 hours before you go to bed
- 4 hours before going to bed...
- In the evening, do not consume carbs at night :)
- 8:00 but I heard to not stop drinking milk which, of course, I hate!!
- 7pm. That's what Dr. Bob Greene told Oprah.
- ive heard you shouldn't eat past 8:00 by people who know what their talking about so i would go with that but i eat any time and im skinny soo... i don't think you really need to worry about it just make sure if your on a diet you don't just eat and not work it off cause your going to bed do a little something in the morning.. not to much just to make yourself feel good about it
- It depends on who you talk to, but most nutritionists recommend eating no later than 6 to 8 pm. If you eat too late, your body cannot process the food because you are sleeping, and the calories end up being stored as fat.
- Ive heard from dietracions that you shouldnt eat past 9pm cuz all the calories go to your fat cells...i try not eat past 7pm with little control.
- About 2 hours before you go to bed. The inactivity will put more weight on. The carbs will turn to sucrose/sugar that will put on weight also. You might try drinking a large glass of water before meals to fill up some of the void, because your kiddney will remove the fluid and no calories are gained.
- before sleep, and around late afternoon
