these are just some questions i would like to know about. if you know any answers to any of these questions, tell me! thanks lots! does vibration help lose fats? does drinking water help lose weight? or only cold water? what kind of green tea helps to curb appetite? green tea? red tea? jasmine? does sleeping less cause weight gain or weight loss? what kind of veggie is good at helping lose weight? i heard winter melon was one good veggie. are there others? does granola bars help lose weight? what kind of fruits help lose weight? there are no natural ways (not using whatever lotions) to get rid of stretch marks? why does fats only "gather" at one place? like all your fats accumulate at only your thighs instead of "spreading out" all over your body?

  1. actually cold water is not advisable for your diet... i suggest you shift your metabolism every three days
  2. Ok.. I lose weight quickly without much exercise (weird metabolism.. and I've had 2 kids!) Sleeping more seemed to make me lose weight more. Drinking more water gave me more energy and cleared up my skin. I felt less bloated if I drank atleast 2 litres of water every day (or near enough that amount) Sadly none of the lotions I've tried get rid of stretch marks. They only make them APPEAR less red and noticeable. They don't get rid of them at all. That's all the info I've got to share :)

  4. Vibrations that works the muscle yes helps to burn fats! Actually Hot water and ice water both help in weight loss! Any of the teas are great appetite suppressants! Sleeping less is unhealthy for your body! In most cases it cause weight gain cause being a wake more makes most people eat more! If you sleep more it helps your stress levels go down! Also it helps you to eat less! All veges are good for weight loss! So are all fruits especially if you don't add anything to them and eat them fresh(raw)! Actually depending on how old you are if you are 25 and younger the stretch marks should disappear after weight loss! But if you are over 25 try cocoa butter oil or lotion! The reason the fat doesn't spread out evenly is because it goes to the area where the muscle isn't used as much! If you don't walk around a lot then your thighs aren't being used that much! You may think you walk a lot but if you actually had a step counter you actually wouldn't have as many steps as you think you would!   5. Drinking water helps to lose very much so. Less sleeep is the best, cause u burn the claories off faster.eat alot of yellow helps to lose weight, greens r rich in protein so stay away from much of that.all fruits r good for weight loss. these r some of things alkot of people i know have tried and it worked for them, so i wish u all the best of luck, take care.
