Lose weight?

I need to lose weight for next wednsday.. I weight 125 pounds and need to lose 15 pounds.. This is urgent because is for a competition.. I've been eating fruit at breakfust and dinner and at lunch I eat tuna or cheese.. The first 3 days I started exercising 3 hours a day but now I don't have the time and have stopped losing weight. What can I do to lose the weight? Any tips will be appreciated.. When the competition is over, I'll go to the nutritionist

  1. what your doing is extremely unhealthy and i recommend that you do not do it If i were you i would have started a gradual weight loss months earlier
  2. I don't think your going to lise 15 lbs in one week. you can do all the cardio you want and drink water nonstop but you will just lose initial weight and water weight, will most llikely not be enough

  4. You are trying to lose weight way too fast. 15 lbs is way to much to be losing in that time frame. What is the competition for? I'd recommend not doing this. The fruit at breakfast is great, but only having a little bit of cheese or tuna for lunch and supper is highly unhealthy. Also, if you haven't exercised much before this and you started right off doing it 3 hours a day, that is really bad for you and your body. I'd take it slower. There's nothing wrong with wanting to lose a few pounds here and there, but you need to take this a lot slower. Plus, eating so little is a good way to lead to an eating disorder.
