lose weight?

um i asked a question like that about 5 mins ago n i got awesome answers [[there was 1 chick tryina preach 2 me bout some stuff n even my attitude lol but shes just lame]] anyway i need unhealthy ways 2 lose weight fasttttttttttt. dont post an answer if ure gonna say some stuff bout proper dietin, etc. n btw i have NOT gained any weight, im not even fat. ppl say ima break but w/e i still think i can lose weight. so i need a fast unhealthy way to lose weight in like...a week? thanks :)

  2. first on morning drink a cup af hot water,eat fruits and mainly oranges ,drink alot of water,and only at lunch u can eat a piece of meat,fish any thing like this ,only one or two slices besides vegetables .all these stuff will not gain u any weight and to make it faster play sports as much as u can i made that diet and i lost alot of weight but in about a month ,i lost 15 kilos ,if u wanna lose about 5 kilos or less i think by this way u can achieve ur goal in a week.good luck and send me tell the results.
  3. drink a lot of tea (mostly green and oolong),get rid of all your unhealthy foods so that it's not an option, don't eat after 7 o'clock., don't drink any drinks with high sugar content (soda ect.), don't eat any meat besdes eggs or fish, boil mostly all the foods u cook, only eat when ur hungry. all this works for me whenevr i feel too heavy. it's not really bad for you either. it makes me lose like 3 pounds each time in like 2 days. i lost like 8 pounds with this in a week.
