lose weight?
i was hoping to lose weight by mid august. my overall goal for weight loss is at least 25 pounds. i am 5'5 and a half and i weigh 150, i have alot of extra fat on my body and i was wondering what machines at the gym will help me lose alot of weight and quickly. i dont want to build big muscle yet, but when i do lose weight i want the fat from my breast area gone(im a guy) and i want pecs but not huge ones. i want to be skinny but muscular because im not a big guy. i want to be lean. any answers are great help. please no dieting tips, ive been down that road. doesnt help:P thanks

- It sounds cliche, but eating healthy and starting to run your ass off is the best way to lose weight quickly. Extended cardio works very well at burning fat.
- Dude... honestly.. if you have no issues with your knees.. RUN!!! Cruches will tighten you abs. But, running will burn all your fat! Run everyother day.. increase distance or speed after you your orignal distance and speed become easy. Good luck..
- Cardio is the best way to lose fat. The treadmill or elliptical. I took a kickboxing class and loved it. Running is extremely helpful for slimming down without building the bulk. If you've never run before, there are lots of sites out there with good programs. I like the Couch-to-5k running plan. - trust me on this... it's working for me! Play lots and lots of DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) ive been playing it alot lately and everyone says i look like i'm losing weight! its a fun way to do it!
