lose weight?

I really need to lose some weight! I am 14 and I am 5'1'' and am around 120-125 lbs and I am really sick of being over weight. I want to lose weight and I have tried to do it before but I give into cravings or just give up. I need some tips on how to lose about 10 lbs and I know it will take some time, I'm not thinking this will happen over night. What are ways I can eat healthy and try to exercise regularly without giving into cravings?

  1. some exercises well it gonna be fun to do this!=D walk (u dont like to run so just WALK)-1hour-2 hour while talking to best buds! dance-15-20min jump rope or hop scotch rideing bike skating tag races swim(i now its freezing but in like the summer to keep healthy maybe) sing outloud (burns lot of calories) when doing nothing tap figures (burns calories too) soccer basketball vollyball anything to keep moveing =D youll loose up to 3-5 pounds a week if you choose 5-7 things of that list! EAT RIGHT TIME crud nobody eats more than 1200 calories a day normaly so dont listen to others! im 12 turning 13 and (dont rat me out kay) and i way sometimes 90-87 im so close to being overweight! and i eat less then 1100 cals a day before i tried dieting so eat 1000 calories a day not like your gonna die eat lot of fruit veggies crackers nuts etc eat for dinner meat and rice OKAY BE HAPPY DONT OVER STRESS WITH LOOSING WEIGHT!! JUST BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY! AND TIME WILL FLY AND YOULL BE SKINNY YAY! (thats a song i made up lol) HIGH TIME FOR TEA TIME! drink lots of water,tea,orange juice,milk (drink only the water alot lol) TIME TO GET SOME Zz 's =D get lots of rest like 9 hours of sleep it helps for looseing weight NO NO SNEAKERS! no no no! no more EATING AFTER 7:00! BREAKFAST YUMMY! if you dont have time for breakfast grab a fruit or waffle and walk to school or eat it on your way to the bus stop oh and get a cup of juice or bottle on the go!
  2. thats not over weight. but anyway the best way to lose weight, well at least for me was becoming a vegetarian, and eating healthier i lost 40 pounds over the summer. Oh, and try to get alot of exercise, and you can eat normal portions
  3. eating right. healthy foods like the veggies. and don't drink sodas stick to water. don't eat fast food, or really oily food. work out everyday, even if its for just a half an hour in your room. doing situps & crunches and jumping jacks. im sure you know what those are. you'll be fine.
  4. play lax run,jog,walk alot do pyramids (one push up, one sit up, 2 push ups, two sit ups,. . up to a number and back down) eat SLIGHTLY smaller portions DO NOT STARVE decide to have a sweet fruit instead of a sweet candy or chocolate chew a lot of gum and drinka lot of water sometimes "hungry" is just thirsty or wanting to chew on something get a water instead of a soda,WAYYYYY less fat and calories(buy chrystal light packets to add to water, they are healthy and yummy if you must have flavor) try pilates have a friend diet with you take it slow : )
  5. Take a bike ride or something every day and stop buying fatty foods. At 14 that's really the most you should do; you're not overweight or 31.
  6. um if you want to look gross then go on a diet. you are not overweight
