- Your fine dont worry.
- You absolutely do not need to lose weight!!!! You are at an ideal weight. If you want to tone up for soccer - I suggest Pilates, Yoga, and Jogging.
- You are a normal size and weight for your age.... You are literally the perfect size! If you are simply trying to tone up for a sport work on those areas, a treadmill will help with your leg muscles and increase endurance. Yoga, Pilates, or martial arts will increase your flexibility and muscle tone. If you are simply trying to loose fat increase your muscle mass and watch what you eat. Ignore fad diets the healthiest thing to do is simply eat a balanced diet not atkins or carb shit. Especially if you are going to be in a sport carbs can actually increase your endurance and as long as you burn them off they are healthy. Overall less fat and eat a little bit of everything (not fast food). Muscle weighs more than fat and you may gain weight but look better. Do not use weight as a judge of health it is often inaccurate. Someone can weigh 200lbs and be in perfect shape while someone who weighs 120 is considered fat. It all depends on your muscle tone and body fat.
- I'm about your height and about your age. Do some running, walks anything. Don't starve yourself just eat as much as you normally do except healthier less fat stuff.
- It does not sound like you have that much to lose. You need to start running at leat 3-4 times a week drink plenty of water no sodas or carbohydrates. Try drinking green tea and coffee your choice. Good luck
- Your weight is definately fine!! I'm 5'5 and 150lbs and I'm certainly not over weight. Your age doesn't have much to do with it. Love your body the way it is, there's nothing wrong with it :)
- Losing weight fast is bad. Try to stick to around 1 to 2 pounds a week. You can probley lose around 10-16 pounds safely in 2 months. Try cutting out soda if you drink it, drink alot of water. Mainly it's not alot about what you eat, it's about how much. Try to not eat all on your plate. Leave a little behind, it will add up.
- you can't lose weight fast, you need to work out and eat healthy, and drink water as much as you could.good luck!!!
- jump rope...seriously, you can burn up to 1000 calories in an hour, my friend jumped rope for 15 minutes everyday and lost 10 pounds in a month. also eat healthy and in normal sized portions.
- I understand you're desire to lose weight but trying to do it quickly is often times not safe. I used to play soccer when I was younger (and miss it but can no longer play because I was an idiot when I was younger and destroyed my ankle) and I know it's important to be in good physical condition no matter what position you play. My suggestion would be to consult your parents and doctor about creating a more healthy diet/eating habits. This will help. The other thing I would recommend doing is working out. If you would like some suggestions for good soccer workouts let me know and I'll do what I can to help you (I used to coach youth soccer as well). Good luck
- you definitly don't want to lose more than 10 lbs. do it slowly, take the full 2 months or it won't stay off and at your age you really risk developing an eating disorder. i'm sure you look great but if you want to get in shape for soccer keep active, go for runs, but don't restrict your diet - veggies, fruits, whole grains, protein - be smart.. too many girls your age obsess over their weight when they are perfect the way they are, and im not just saying that. also- my highschool had one of the top ranked girls teams and our best players were not thin. they were bigger girls that could stand their ground. at 125 and 5'3 you probably have a good amount of muscle. work on strength and running don't worry about restricting calories or stupid numbers on a scale! good luck!
- don't worry so much about your weight as the season goes on and you practise and exercise to get in shape your body will git the weight it is supposed to be.
- Check and see how many calories you need to consume a day to maintain your weight and to lose weight.
- Reduce your stress, (stress adds weight) the more you worry about the weight the more stress you'll have. It's a cycle. "It's not what you're eating, it's what's eating you." You seem fine, but just avoid junk foods and sodas. After I went sugar-free vegan I lost about 55 lbs, but if you do that avoid artificial sweeteners and make sure to get all the vitamins you need.
- well exercise and you can have you parents get you a membership at the YMCA its helps. its got a swimming pool, weightroom, fitness room, basketball court, raquetball court, round track run or walk. etc.
- There's no need for you to lose any weight for soccer. You are are 5'3 and 125lbs. you are at a good weight for your height. You will probably loose some extra weight once you start playing soccer anyway. The sport of soccer is a very intense cardiovascular workout.
- I am 12 years old and i am 5''4 and i weigh 110-116 pounds. My little sister lost like 10 pounds jumping with music on really loud. It really works!
- If you have a special occasion coming up, or you simply need to lose weight fast, the Cabbage Soup Diet may be just what you're looking for. Although not suitable for long-term weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a low-fat, high-fiber diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more moderate long-term eating plan. Pros and Cons of the Cabbage Soup Diet Pros: You'll lose weight fast, and can get as much of the foods listed in the program as you want. Although the diet is only for seven days (and shouldn't be adhered to for longer), it provides a great "kick-start" for a more moderate diet. Cons: Some people find the soup bland. Some people have reported feeling light-headed, weak, and have suffered from decreased concentration (although some who have been affected in this way felt it was well worth it, since it was only for a week and they had lost considerable weight). What the Cabbage Soup Diet is NOT The cabbage soup diet is sometimes referred to as the "Mayo Clinic Diet", and the "Sacred Heart Hospital Diet". Interestingly, this diet has nothing to do with either the Mayo Clinic, nor any Sacred Heart Hospital we know about. The Problem With Most "Mainstream" Diets Most diets - especially "mainstream" diets, and those recommended by major medical institutions - work slowly but surely, resulting in around 1 pound of weight loss per week. This "slow and steady" way to lose weight is certainly healthy, but suffers from one significant drawback : most people get discouraged and quit whatever diet they are on if they don't see results quickly. Seven Keys to Success Follow the diet religiously. Drink at least 4 glasses of water per day Keep in mind that it's only seven days Complement the diet with a good multivitamin tablet Print the information on this site so you can refer to it daily Eat plenty of soup - as much as you want! Do not try to starve yourself or you'll probably cheat and break the diet Try different spices to liven up the soup and add variety THE DIET Day One: Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water. Day Two: Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today. Day Three: Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato. Day Four: Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets. Day Five: Beef And Tomatos: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomtoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both). Day Six: Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once. Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day
- It's simple math, just burn more calories than you take in. You can either exercise more without increasing how much you eat or cut back on calories (diet) or do a combination. There are no safe "quick fixes." You hear about people taking drugs and dropping weight fast but that kind of attitude put a friend of mine in the hospital. Just take in less calories than you use and it'll make your body use up your fat reserves.
