Lose Weight!?
Im 13 years old and i weight about 190 pounds. I am going back to my home town in exactly 2 weeks. And i havent see my friends in a while so i wanna look a lil different. I wanna weight 160. But i DONT wanna lose that much at one time. But over a couple months. I do wanna lose about 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks? prefably in my legs or stomach. Can yall kinds set a plan up for me to follow so i can lose weight. ima pants size 13-14. I wanna be a pants size 7-8 in about 6 months. Thank you oh so much!!!

- The best and only way to actually lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy. Make you sure you eat enough in a day and sweat it out! I have lost 50 pounds about 4 months by eating about 1100 calories in a day (with about 5 small meals a day) drinking about 10-12 8oz glasses of water and EXERCISING like crazy. At least an hour 6 days a week. You need to do cardio, running, swimming, and lift some weights. Drinking lots of water will help you see results right away.
- cardio!!! lol do jogging , springtin , walking wat eva takes ur fancie , avoid junk food ( sum chocolate here and there wont do any harm jus dont over do) keep away from soda , if u have to drink it stick to diet soda , do weightliftin cos tht burns calories , drink water , eats lots of veggies and all round good food , try to go to the gym often as possible , good luck x
