Dieting...?

What kind of dieting programs or tips do you suggest? And in order to get rid of "love handles" what exercises would I have to do?

  1. Cardio, cardio, cardio. That's all I'll say regarding exercise. But don't start a 'diet'- It'll only set you up to eat more! Instead, revise your eating habits and replace them with healthier foods and smaller portions. Drinking lots of water cleanses you, as well as eating lots of fiber and protein. Of course, balance is essential and carbs are definitely not the enemy when it comes to weight loss- you just need the right ones. I wish you the best of luck!
