lose weight?
im 14, and im a little on the chubby side, i want to know how to lose weight without dieting, i mean like exercise, would situps do the trick? how many each day? i know it is a little young to lose weight, but i am a little bit over weight..lol candigurl901

- hey i was the same but i was 11 but i grew alot and no im skinny lol so you can wait or sit ups and push ups will help alot do as many as you can every day then try to break that record at the end of the week
